Embody Ease – Fall Session Kick Off Call

Embody Ease is a yearlong program for women who are ready to make a change in how they are showing up in their lives. Receive weekly coaching, a supportive dynamic community, accountability systems, ebooks, and skills and tools of a lifetime over 12 months. We flow through each season learning and applying practices to bolster our daily habits and support our long-term health and wellness and embody ease over dis-ease.
