As a member of the Synergy community, you are invited to participate in this 90-minute yoga class to focus on freeing your spine and specifically your low back. A daily practice coupled with the support of the Synergy Wellness support of chiropractic, acupuncture, and massage will completely change your experience in your body.
Rachel will offer techniques and tips to integrate into your day to day movement to support the mobility and stability of your spine. She has been teaching in Prescott since 1999 and leads others on a journey to embody greater ease on and off their yoga mat to live a life of vitality and purpose.
