Wind down from the weekend and start your week right.
Rachel will teach a sequence of poses combined with breathing techniques to offer you a grounding and expansive experience after a full weekend. Slow down this Sunday afternoon and lean into the power of what happens when you change the shape of your body and intentionally move your breath.
What brings most yoga practitioners back to their mat over an over is the experience the practice offers in terms of mental and physical freedom. ALL Levels are welcome.
Rachel has increased the group size to accommodate your interest, but you still have to RSVP and if you need to cancel, email rachel@easefullivingcommunity.com to free up your spot for someone else, because we are sure there will be a waitlist again this round.
You are welcome to bring a friend.
Mats and props will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Class will start at 3pm and you are welcome to arrive at 2:45pm.
We’ll meet at 777 Hillside Avenue, the home of Lotus Bloom Yoga.
