Bring awareness to your feet in this 2.5 hour workshop. Through a slow flow and alignment-based practice we will open the feet and legs. We’ll end with a long savasana and group meditation. Take home simple poses to practice daily to love on the foundation of your temple and leave with happy feet, knees, and hips.
