Take the summer stoke and channel it into what’s to come. Summer can leave you feeling depleted and burned out, like you overdid it or quite possibly like you didn’t get to all the “things”. Let’s take a breath in this window of time together.
This Summer Ain’t Over Yet moment will span over 5 days. We’ll be tapping into how to recalibrate your daily rhythms to best align with this transitional season. One of the best ways I know to tune up my life is through these practices. This is what I do every time I return home from travel, after the departure of a house guest, or when I find myself in some kind of surprise transition.
Each day you’ll receive a short video, worksheet, and email in your inbox. The content will be multi-level and the invitation will be to connect with one small action each day. From behavior science we know, life is not meant to be an all-or-nothing experience.

Monday – clear your space, environment, and your home
Tuesday – relationship to time, and calendar integrity
Wednesday – refine your experience in the kitchen with meal plan + prep
Thursday – nourish yourself with new movement and embodiment practices
Friday – feed your mind and flip the script to reduce anxiety and be in relationship to reality.
