Living in the unknown can bring up all kinds of uncertainty and existential anxiety.
Are you finding ways to cultivate stability and steadiness?
Have you established a new rhythm for yourself? Your family?
How do you want your house to feel over the next week or two or three or four?
How do you want to feel in your body? mind? heart to feel?
I’ve noticed a shift in the planetary and personal connection over the past few weeks. It seems more than ever we are being asked to simultaneously hold the awareness of what’s happening out there in the world in a new way with the household details of working from home, homeschooling, self-care, having everyone home and for most a new approach to living and showing up for ourselves and others.
I realize there are many in our communities that have lost everything and this invitation is for EVERYONE.
I have the privilege of working with women all over the world. In the past week, I’ve spoken with women in Holland, Australia, Germany, Canada, the United Kingdom, and of course all over the US. The sentiments are similar across continents.
There is low-level anxiety creeping into the day to day functioning. We know this is detrimental to the immune system. Worlds and households are being rocked. The ones with the super stable conscious daily habits are finding a level of peace and capacity for their communities.
It reminds me of the first word in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras…
Atha = NOW
Now is the time to hone in on what matters most and align our daily rhythm with that deeper calling and endeavor.
