I value family.
I was gifted a close and loving relationship with my grandparents for the limited time our lives criss-crossed on this planet. It’s no surprise really, both of my parents value the relationships they have with siblings and their lineage and made a conscious effort for us to spend time together.
Both my grandmother’s lives were short in comparison to their husbands. Maybe on some level they are a part of my inspiration for the work I do in the world. I have great memories of growing up with family around and it seems like a bit of a paradox that I now live thousands of miles from family.
My son loves his grandparents and we prioritize family events and gatherings throughout the year, but we live far away from all of them. For the past month we’ve been visiting family and will continue through the month of July. While we don’t live close by, we cherish our time with all of them.
Currently, everyone is healthy and able to move around, run and play. While it’s clear none of us are getting any younger, I believe there are simple approaches for ALL of us to extend our lives and thrive into our golden years.
We only get one body. And THIS body is an important vehicle for all the experiences we have in this lifetime. The better we feel physically, emotionally, and mentally, the more bliss we feel day to day doing normal everyday activities.
How you age and walk through life is important to me and I’m here to help you or someone you know do it with as much grace and ease as possible.
I believe changing our schedules truly can change our lives, which is why I have opened up my mind, heart, and calendar in the last couple months to work with couples over 55 who are ready to invest in their relationship, their bodies and the next phase of their lives together. The results they are getting is phenomenal.
